The Hickoids are a long-running cowpunk band that trace their roots to mid-1980's Austin. They've shared the stage with everyone from Lucinda Williams to Black Flag, and it is that mix of country and punk that defines the band's sound. The Hickoids were inducted to the Austin Music Hall of Fame in 2014 and since reforming in 2006 has toured extensively around the U.S. and Europe.
