For our 15th big DC storytelling show at the Black Cat, 2 lineups (NEW concept) of comedians and storytellers will compete for a special prize for the funniest story. All these funny stories are NEW to the Story League stage! Audience picks the winning lineup! Though this is our final DC show as Story League, our mission of discovering and showcasing the people who will make you laugh continues under a new name (and in some new locales) starting in early 2017. ABOUT STORY LEAGUE Started in 2010, Story League is the original Nation's Capital of Funny Stories. We have presented the country's first and only funny-story contests at numerous top performance venues in Washington DC, plus put on huge curated DC comedy shows at the Smithsonian and the Kennedy Center.
