School of Rock is a growing passionate community dedicated to enriching lives through performance based music education.

This Fall season at School of Rock Silver Spring we have six bands that will be rocking out for you over the course of 2 days. We have had a blast this season diving into early alternative music for our Left of the Dial show. We have taken on the kings of 90s grunge in our Nirvana show. Pitted two garage rock revival bands, The White Stripes and Black Keys against each other for a playful compilation of material. We put together set lists from the Classic Metal and Classic R&B genres and our Adults Program has taken on a set list of songs from progressive psychedelic rockers Pink Floyd.
