Playful, intricate, and sometimes difficult, it's always easy to tell when you are listening to a Cate Le Bon song. The Welsh singer-songwriter-producer's distinctive musical voice is both reminiscent of past pop originals such as Nico and Syd Barrett and at the same time entirely forward-thinking. And this is a good thing.
