Formed in 1991 and featuring former members of Galaxie 500, The Feelies, The Chills, and the singing voice of Jem, Luna went on to become a legendary element in the evolution of indie-pop. With a laconic melodicism hiding intricate songwriting, the band went on to release a number of critically-acclaimed albums and garner a legion of fans before playing a final show in 2005. Luckily, they are back together again.
