Kevin Seconds is a musician from Reno, Nevada currently based in Sacramento, California. He founded the hardcore punk band 7 Seconds in 1979 with his brother Steve Youth. Having been their frontman ever since, he also wrote their lyrics. So it makes sense that he now performs solo.
