Not every band of California kids sounds like the Beach Boys. Case in point, The Donkeys. More Slanted and Enchanted than Surfin' USA, The Donkeys harness Pavement's particular brand of jangly West Coast swagger on their latest album Living on the Other Side. Take it out for a spin (top down of course). You'll like it.
