The Black Cat has always been the club that introduces DC to new music. And now we've got a dance night that reflects this tradition. Along with some of the biggest (and not-yet big) names in the DC scene, we're throwing a new event that is tailored directly to music fans.

Catalyst is a weekly Friday night party with rotating DJs and a focus on underground music. We've hand-selected our DJs and handed them the reins – so while each week will be slightly different they will each be just as good. Because the best parties aren't about one genre, or one DJ...they're about the crowd. And with music from all eras, all genres, with great new songs, and great forgotten songs, Catalyst is sure to attract a great crowd. See you at the Black Cat.
