Formed within the rich underground electronic scene in Bogota, Colombia, Bomba Estéreo fuses Colombian folkloric rhythms like cumbia, bullerengue, and champeta with electronica, dub, and hip-hop. The group is known for their explosive dance sound, and they converted unsuspecting crowds into instant fans at their US debut at SXSW 2009. Don't be shocked if you're converted too.
