As a genre, power pop is often overlooked. But that doesn't mean it's not alive and well. Take Army Navy - the insanely catchy project of songwriter and frontman Justin Kennedy. In the spirit of Fountains of Wayne, Cheap Trick, and Imperial Teen, Kennedy has crafted an album full of intricate arrangements, beautiful sounds, layered melodies, tight harmonies and great hooks.
